Materials
Spangler Roof Systems offers a variety of popular roofing types for you to choose.

We offer our roofing clients an array of materials from which to choose. If you have a large commercial or industrial roofing project, you may want to consider custom sheet metal or copper roofing. Copper roofing is also available for our residential customers as well.

Spangler Roof Systems is the number one roofing company in the single-ply roof category. We offer TPO, a common roofing choice that is resistant to UV rays. PVC is another single-ply roofing barrier that has heat-welded seams which help increase their resistance to leaks. EPDM is a rubber-ish single-ply roofing membrane that is resistant to extreme temperatures.

Ice and water can be a heavy burden on your roof. While your roof is sturdy, it is designed to hold a certain weight. Pooling water and ice can cause serious issues if the weight becomes too much. There is also the issue of ice melting and water getting in between the plies of your roofing material, which can then leak into your attic and eventually into your home. Avoid expensive roofing repairs by asking our roofing contractors today about ice and water barriers.

Keeping your roof in great shape is important for more than one reason. Having our roofers regularly inspect your roof and take care of minor repairs will save you from more expensive repairs down the line and could possibly even keep the contents of your home or business safe. We recommend having our roofers perform annual or bi-annual inspections of your entire roof to replace missing or broken shingles, to ensure the membrane is intact and keeping water and ice from seeping through.
Regular maintenance can extend the life of your roof. Like with all things, the better you take care of it, the longer it will last. The lifespan of roofs vary depending on materials used, but the average roof should last 10-15 years. This lifespan can even be extended with regular scheduled maintenance visits from our roofing professionals.
Is it time to remove your roofing? Spangler Roof Systems will perform quick, safe tear-offs to prepare your roof for new installation. We will also remove the leftover shingles or metal roofing materials for your convenience.
Our roofers are seasoned veterans when it comes to roof installations. We have the equipment, the manpower and the expertise to install a sturdy, reliable roof that will be guaranteed in writing for the life of the roof. You can’t get a better deal than that from any other roofers!

Yes. Regular maintenance can extend the life of your roof. Like with all things, the better you take care of it, the longer it will last. We recommend scheduled inspections twice yearly, which catch small membrane failures while they are still a repair rather than a replacement.
