Settle an invoice with Spangler Roof Systems.
To pay a Spangler Roof Systems invoice, call 859-376-ROOF (7663) during office hours (Open 24/7 · Live Answering 365 Days) or email spangler@roofroofky.com with your invoice number. Payment by card, check or bank transfer can be arranged over the phone. Have your invoice number to hand — it is printed at the top right of your invoice.
How to pay
- By phone. Call 859-376-ROOF (7663) or 1-888-888-7663 during office hours and quote your invoice number.
- By email. Email spangler@roofroofky.com with your invoice number and we will send payment instructions.
- By check. Made payable to Spangler Roof Systems. Call for the current mailing address.
Questions about an invoice
If something on the invoice does not look right — a line item you did not expect, a change order, or the balance after an insurance payment — call and ask. Billing questions get answered by the same people who did the work.
Insurance claims
On a covered loss, you pay your deductible and your carrier pays the balance of the approved scope. Depreciation is normally released by the carrier once we submit completion documentation. If your claim is still open, see storm damage and insurance claims.
Online payment is coming. An online payment portal is being set up. Until it goes live, phone and email are the way to settle an invoice — and calling is the fastest.
